Yes. We document the damage with dated photos and a written report you can share with your insurer, and we can meet the adjuster on site.
Not for most of the job. We like to meet you on the first morning and at the final walk-through, and we send updates in between.
New roofs come with a 10-year workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer's material warranty. Repairs carry a 2-year workmanship warranty.
